• Участники могут получить награду не зависящую от очков или кол-ва побед, если участвовали более 9 раз в Олимпийских играх

- Change: Death Penalty have a permanent duration now.

- Change: skill effects * soul attack * are not use the last parameter "<INT NUMBER3> - minimum used souls",


but use "consume soul = {<min>;<max>}" now.
AoE skills are consume {<min>;<max>} souls per cast, but not per target.
